Description
- dump ways from orma database using implemented work
- calculate stats either with a tile-reduce approach or approach using a new non-macrocosm ways table & postgis. these caculations apply both to admin-level stats and per vpromms-id stats
- write admin stats to admin stats table. decide if vpromms stats should exist in new vpromms table or be generated per api query.
