How to create custom client .ovpn files

As the title says, I am trying to have a custom client.ovpn template.
My current setup works, but the ovpn file being generated and shown on the download page is not what I want.

I want to be able to use the following information instead of the default I find under the "download client file" button on the UI.
What I couldn't figure out is the best way to pass this into the container so it's persistent.
