Convert jeff.jpg to PNG file format #2
Description
In open source communities, transparency is of the highest importance. It has recently come to my attention that JPEG files do not support transparent layers; however, PNG files do.
Therefore we must convert jeff.jpg to jeff.png as soon as humanly possible.
