Help with Windows_unsigned_driver_solution Final Step of set up

Im struggling to get the drivers installed so have followed Windows_unsigned_driver_solution to the last step of the second solution as the first didnt work:
`First we need to download the tools needed

Download the drivers in this repo (qcser.sys & qcser.inf) to c:/DriverCert/qcser/
To avoid downloading the WDK and Windows SDK I used the Enterprise WDK which is much easier. [Download the .iso here](https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2271957)
Mount the ISO
From a admin CMD Prompt navigate to the mouted drive and run LaunchBuildEnv.cmd
In the environment created type SetupVSEnv, and then press Enter.
Navigate to "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\2022\Community\Common7\IDE"
Run devenv.exe`

I dont seem to have a devenv.exe in my IDE folder that was created in the mount. There is an ico file and devenv isolation config setting in there.

Ive attempted to run devenv from powershell in the ide folder but that didnt work either. Ive even searched the entire mount but dont see it so im clearly doing something wrong.

Any help would be great here and I apologies but im not all that hot on how to do most of this but just following the instructions and trying to get these drivers signed so that maybe i can get this thinksmart flashed.

never mind.. didnt need this. was able to flash after turning off safe boot then running: bcdedit /set testsigning on in command prompt
