Getting started on Windows

Hi all, I downloaded the code and want to use TexnicCenter on Windows for editing and compiling. I am getting the error "Missing \begin{document}. Can you please help me to get started? ChatGPT tells me that I should download the fonts folder but I can't find a fonts folder in the repository. It also suggested to change the output profile to XeLaTeX => PDF but this didn't help.
