Feature Request: Add Support for IBM Z (LinuxONE / s390x) Architecture

Hi team,
I'd like to request support for the IBM Z (LinuxONE / s390x) architecture in the prebuild/docker-images repository.

Use case
We’re working in environments that run on IBM Z (s390x), and having official prebuilt Docker images would greatly simplify CI/CD pipelines and enable broader adoption of native modules in these systems.

Benefits

• Broader architecture support (in line with multi-arch trends)
• Better compatibility for enterprise and mainframe applications
• Enables native builds and testing in environments relying on s390x

If possible, could you:

• Add s390x builds to the Docker image matrix (via QEMU + Docker Buildx or native s390x CI)?
• Consider enabling community-contributed builds or manifests

Can you please expand on this? I'm not sure what it means. Generally speaking, people are welcome to raise pull requests for new images - provided that the maintenance cost is low.

Yes, I meant enabling community contributions. I have a base image set up locally, but there may be some changes needed. I’ll create a PR for review.
