Incomplete Metrics List in README: How to Access Full List with Descriptions?

Having access to a complete and well-documented metrics reference is crucial for me to fully understand and effectively utilize the data provided by the exporter. Thank you!

Unfortunately this is a hard list to maintain. People add metrics that they are interested in and it's hard for them to know that they also need to update the README while keeping the data organized. I think the best strategy is to list the available collectors similar to how node_exporter does.
