List all users who reacted with a certain emoji on a specific message

Is there a way to list all users who reacted with a certain emoji on a specific message?

I tried for awhile but I'm not sure if the correct api function is available with this repo.

This is how you would do it with discord.js

I tried this which errored with Uncaught TypeError: message.react is not a function

You're using wrong syntax, you need to use api.addReaction() function to do this.

Add this or edit listReactions() function on API:

listReacters: (channelOrThreadId, messageId, emojiUrl, params = {}) => apiCall(`/channels/${channelOrThreadId}/messages/${messageId}/reactions/${emojiUrl}?${qs(params)}`),

There is qs params that optional;

type: The type of reaction (0: Normal, 1: Burst) (Default: 0)
after: Get users after this user ID. (Default: absent)
limit: Max number of users to return (1-100) (Default: 25)

And if you get error when trying this, you need to change fetch like this;
