Description
For the most part, many Linux distributions run fine on the Asus Zenbook Pro duo after a few kernel modules are added or a few scripts executed, but unfortunately, a major issue I have found on all the distributions I have tested is that the screenpad plus display cannot be set to 1080p resolution. It ends up forming 2 boxes at the left end of the screen with a 16:9 aspect ratio. If anyone has been able to remedy this situation, please let me know. I also have to note that it is necessary for me to run the display at 1080p due to certain software requirements that do not scale well with hidpi displays.
The issue is exactly similar to this but I found that it persists over many distributions.
