Console log output feed

Dear Wolle!

In MWR4 (Mini Web Radio ver 4) UART log output have no line feed (in previous MWR3 this problem wasn't appear)

I was change common.h in :

after :

and result :

For info : I use Serial APP on Mac OS ARM
Maybe it need add to master branch.

I believe MAC requires \r for a new line, whereas Linux requires \n. Hope it works again now.
