Find optimal parameters from effect equation

When #7 and #23 are complete, one can try to find the optimal values of the effect equation either analytically or numerically. My first analytical approaches yielded no result (and neither did wolfram alpha) but maybe it's possible with some tricks nonetheless. If that doesn't work, finding the optimum numerically with scipy is still a reasonable option.

Eileen suggested to look at different cases. For example, one could examine the wave with the higher / lower amplitude or distinguish between different sections of the sinoidal functions...
