Anycubic Photon Mono 4 Ultra stops printing on last layer presumably after using UVTools

I have had my Photon Mono 4 Ultra for about 2 weeks. I don't print much. I use different slicers all the time (Chitubox, Lychee, Photon Workshop) just because I am learning how they work. But for all my prints I use UVTools. Except for calibration or test prints. I print those only from Photon Workshop. And sometimes my printer just stops printing on the last layer. No warning or anything like that. It doesn't freeze, it just doesn't do anything on the last layer. I just hit stop on the screen and I can start the next job. The only thing that in Photon Workshop printer still have busy status even I stops print from screen and printer stop react for commands from Photon Workshop till I reboot the printer. The model comes out absolutely fine, except for the last layer, where it is hard to see if it was printed or not. This only happens, as far as I have noticed, after using UVTools. All test prints printed without UVTools finish fine. But even after UVTools, not every print stops on the last layer. And I don't see any pattern when this happens. I only can tell, that short prints(<~3H) finishes normal and long prints have that issue. It's hard to track for 100% that it's UVTools fault because I don't want to fail big and long prints and I don't want to start them with out using UVTools. But two or three prints from Photon Workshop for 6+ hours finished normal.
What could be the problem?
May be somewhere there is some logs of prints or similar but i can't find any information about it.

I think this is the traditional problem of the perlayersettings flag, there are many issues with anycubic machines when that flag is used

Check the highlight value on your file after save with UVtools, if True the problem is likely due that:

Hmm. I am now trying to cure file to print. I'm delete islands, suction cups and do some drawings in pixel editor. Didn't touch any layer parameters. But terminal returns SlicerFile.UsingPerLayerSettings True even after resetting printing properties. File is rather big, and i can't attach it here. Hope I shared file properly.

If reset didn't work is because problem is in layer height, anycubic slicer fills layers with precision error sometimes.
To ensure full reset is done and rebuild height, click in the reset button while hold SHIFT key to perform a full rebuild.

In your case is the layer 1037 causing the trouble with 3 digits of position instead of 2

BTW, have you confirmed with other file and that flag off if the problem still happens?

Yesterday I printed one big file with a false flag, and everything worked fine. And the one I gave a link to stopped.

Now I'll start one more big print with false flag and will see in the evening. But i think reset helped.
