Wait times reccomended fix does not show on reopen

Hello I am running the newest version of UVTools and recently running into wait time issues. When I apply the recommended wait times fix it shows the corrected time I save and close but when reopening it goes back to the original time and the fix does not show up.
It has increased our print times dramatically. This all started with the update prior to the 5.1.7.
First time posting here and please let me know what you need from me.

The times are applied, you can confirm by explore per layer data.
Suggestion shows again after a reload due rounding or other parameters but in the end its applied, don't worry.
