[Anycubic Photon mono 7 pro] Incorrect layer thickness

Hello,

I'm trying to print some pieces on a Photon mono 7 pro printer. Slicing has been done through prusa-slicer and I just use UVtools to configure timing and to convert SL1 file to PWSZ. I use UVtools on a Linux Debian Workstation (amd64). I have built from sources UVtools 5.0.5.

When conversion is done, I copy file to an USB stick and I try to print directly from this USB stick. Printer refuses to use this file and only prints "file parameter, incorrect layer thickness".

I have checked twice all parameters and I don't understand. If I go into generated file, layers_controller.conf contains:

I've just opened a example provided by Anycubic and in this file, layer thickness is set to "layer_thickness": 0.05000000074505806.

Oops, sorry. newton only understands IPv4, not IPv6... It's a VAXserver running OpenVMS 7.3. Fixed.

I was using FileZilla, the dns resolve to ipv6...

I have tried to install Anycubic slicer (anycubicphotonworkshop), but without success. I only have Linux/Unix workstation. Under wine, official slicer doesn't start. In a vm (Windows 10), it complains against OpenGL... I cannot compare file generated by UVtools and file generated by official tools.

Only one difference between these files: float format. I haven't found a file generated by Anycubic slicer with "layer_thickness": 0.05. I will try tomorrow to fix with a script all layer_thickness values to multiples of 0.05000000074505806.

I beg your pardon, I have opened a tocket at Anycubic support and I mixed both... I have tried, in a first time, to use PrusaSlicer and UVtools (from 5.0.2 to 5.0.5). Without success. If UVtools generates a PWSZ file, printer always complains about slice thickness. In a second time, I have generated the same file with Chitubox. Printer accepts this new file but I have some trouble with parameters (delamination). Best regards, JB

I think problem is in anycubic_photon_resins.pwsp file.
On a working file, open as zip and remove anycubic_photon_resins.pwsp file, try to print. If it fails replace that file with the one from PrusaSlicer, print and test. If still fails problem is on that file. Report back with the results.

I beg your pardon for delay. I'm unable to use UVtools as software crashes on my Linux box. That being said I have ask anycubic to obtain information about pwsz file without result.
I have seen two height and speed parameters. First one in anycubic_photon_resins.pwsp ("multi_state_used": 1, slice_extpara), second one in layers_controller.conf (zup*). Which parameters are used by printer ?

zup parameters are incompatible with down and up speed. Should I understand that if multi_state_used is set to 1 speed parameter is used ? And if multi_state_used is set to 0, zup parameters ?

I have no clue what multi_state means. Like you I have no documentation on the format.
zup should be lift, zdown should be retract.
