Project Structure

• The current project structure looks confusing to me.
• I would like to have project with segregation of apps and main modules with requirements and settings at different place.

I have been thinking of changing the project structure but few opinions:

• Right now, we don't have any functional or integration test (although there is Add Integration Tests #51 ) therefore it makes more sense to have apps specific tests.
• Apps specific templates is more manageable than a global template folder which fills up pretty quickly (according to me)

I find this opinion of structure to be good.
