[BUG] Fix search engine indexing #83

Describe the bug
Fix search engine indexing of spoo.me. Currently spoo.me is not being indexed on search engines. It was blocked via the robots.txt to prevent the short links from being indexed.
Expected behavior
The main site along with the other content should be indexed except the short URLs
