[Bug] Unable to navigate UI as per docs or use the shortcut keys.

What happened?

| Tab - Move focus to the next interactive widget (e.g., search box, results list)

While something is downloading I'm unable to use the Tab key to switch between the download and say search results, I'm also unable press 's' I have to quit the app via 'q' then restart before I can search for something else.

@Drakx Thats the intended behaviour since multi-download hasnt been implemented yet.
It can crash if you try to download multiple torrents at a time without a proper solution, thats why we're disabling other widgets after selection.

I'll look into implementing a download section to handle this properly.
(PRs/ideas are welcome :D)

Understandable, but it was more the search I was interested in. I wanted to search for something else while downloading, basically trying to get a feel since its my first time trying this out.
