Suddenly Chiaki won't connect to PSN

The "Refresh PSN Hosts" button also isn't there any more regardless of how many times I sign in to PSN. I am able to connect using the Remote Play app. The PSN sign in seems to work fine but no option to connect to my console over PSN appears. The manual port forward method works, but I don't prefer it because my ISP router firmware automatically blocks all port forwards every time there is any kind of security issue detected so then I have to delete and recreate them. I recently updated to the Windows version 1.9.8 on ROG Ally.

Done, console still doesn't show up for PSN connection. Even after refreshing. Do I need to delete the manual one?

@jetfire158 does the refresh psn hosts button appear now and is the console registered and are you on a remote network (such as phone wifi hostspot) and is your console registered via PSN?
