How to debug isPermitted(ClientModel client, UserModel user) functions?

I am trying to debug the functions:

PolicyBasedAccessProvider.isPermitted(ClientModel client, UserModel user)

ClientRoleBasedAccessProvider.isPermitted(ClientModel client, UserModel user)

I have included different breakpoints, launching by launching the tests and also by enabling the development environment on port 8787.

It has been impossible for me to debug this function and I wonder why. Other parts of the code can be debugged.

I have found that if I set up a new client in the docker-compose development environment this does not happen. Maybe it only happens with the automatic tests.
