6.3.0 — Release candidate 1

New version of Ultrawidify is about to drop at the start of next month, so let's see if I can get any feedback from people before it goes to Chrome Web Store.

Installation

1. download the .zip and extract it
2. go to chrome://extensions, and enable developer mode
3. Disable stable version of Ultrawidify
4. click load unpacked and navigate to the extracted folder
5. go and see if anything breaks
6. there's allegedly discussion thread opened for this release. If you have any comments, feel free to drop them.

This is Chrome-only version — Firefox builds are going to happen once Chrome people stop complaining.

Changes

• Added zoom segment to in-player UI and popup.
• Fixed keyboard zoom
• Added additional zoom options. If you wonder how zoom options differ from crop, mess around and find out.
• Subdomains now inherit same settings as their parent domain by default
• Extension popup detects embedded content
• Added www.youtube-nocookie.com to "officially supported" list

Notes

• Release candidate is considered separate install. You will start with the default settings, rather than your custom settings from the store version.
• Testing version follows YY.MM.[release] instead of the more standard semver, because Chrome doesn't really like when you add -rc1 at the end of your version.
