Disable in-player UI keeps resetting at each update #264

Describe the bug
Every time the extension is updated, the in-player UI is enabled. Most people don't want it, it's annoying at best.
Stop forcing that!
To Reproduce
Just browse YouTube, and every other day the annoying tab is on the video.
Expected behavior
Respect the decision to hide the UI, even better make it the default..
