❌ Incorrect Planetary Placements in Divisional Charts (D9, D10, etc.)

Hi,
I’ve noticed a critical issue in the divisional chart calculations (especially D9, D10, and others). The planetary positions (Rashi/sign and degree) derived from your library do not match with standard Vedic astrology tools and following astrology websites

Problem:
For the given birth chart (provided below), the placements of planets in divisional charts like Navamsa (D9) and Dasamsa (D10) are not accurate.

Some planets appear in the wrong sign/rashi or incorrect degree, which affects downstream prediction and analysis pipelines.

✅ Expected Behavior:
Divisional charts should match standard sidereal Lahiri calculations.

Each planet's divisional position must correspond to their correct Vargas as per traditional shastra methods (e.g., Parasari or Drik algorithms).

🧪 Steps to Reproduce:

• Use birth details to generate charts.
• Observe planetary positions in D9, D10 and othercharts
• Cross-check from above websites.

I check that the D9 and D10 are correct but found a time zone issue which would make all including D1 incorrect. Was the D1 correct but D9 incorrect?

@nsgtech In fact I had this issue long time ago, but found the latitude and longitude is was not same. I mean i.e Dehli postition in vaultofheaven was different from maps like OpenStreetMap.

so you suggest that your code is right and the more accurate the latitude and longitude like using exact hospital where you are born will give more accurate results? @teal33t

Guys, I had the same issue on. First I was thinking it's a problem with ephemeris files, so I've tried to update that and nothing happened, then I've found there is a problem with longitude and latitude of city.
Because I've checked some charts in Kala Software (develop by Ernst Wilhelm) and found the atlas of cities in Kala is not same as OSM.
What do you think guys?

Is there any chance you can share the exact birth details so I can check it against my implementation (teal33t + fix timezone issue)? I compare to software Parashara Light. I check for nakshatra and pada for accuracy. The divisional charts are more sensitive to degrees being off but I believe they've been working for me.
