Shared goals should remain visible in partner too, even after collaborating #2111

It's very annoying when you know someone is working on something, and you can't find it in their Goals.
Describe the solution you'd like
Whenever you accept collaborating on a Goal with someone, that Goal shows in your Goals, but shouldn't disappear from their goals.
Describe alternatives you've considered
None.
Additional context
Ideally, there shoukd be some indication for collaborated goals when viewing from partner page.
