New pull request for tooltips

Hello,
I have a pull request to propose so that the tooltip near the icon displays the name of the launched program (with a given font), but I miss experience about sending that online.
I saw there is documentation online about that, that is somewhat abundant. I am unable to say at this time how much time it will take me to assimilate that.
I have got the git history that displays me the modified lines on coloured background.

I saw the fields were created to have a custom value of the tooltip, but I am afraid it is not displayed. Maybe I shall have to make a further session to use that.
