Errors at startup/adding programs

New install and made one group successfully. Tried another group and needed to add shortcuts that were in user\appdata\roaming\microsoft\windows\start menu\programs rather than programdata\microsoft\windows\start menu\programs. Now getting these error and unable to add them.
