Add ability to edit bounding boxes in single column grid view

Context
Bounding boxes cannot be edited (moved, resized) in the mobile version of the single column grid view. This task covers the work of investigating a way to make the functionality usable on mobile and then implementing it for the mobile experience.

Acceptance Criteria

• UI/UX is discussed and a good way to make the bounding boxes usable on mobile is determined
• Ability to move and resize bounding boxes is implemented in the single column grid view

@nathanielrindlaub want to get your thoughts on this so maybe we can discuss in a call but in general, what I'm thinking is:

• Find a good way to introduce a toggle (because it messes with the scroll)
• Move the bounding box -> one finger hold
• Resize the bounding box -> one finger hold on bottom right corner or two finger pinch
