Can you share spectrogram images of your detections, that would show quality of your audio capture. But in mean time you can make detections more sensitive by reducing overlap value in Settings > Main > BirdNET settings, set it to 0 for example and see if it has any impact. Hoever this will increase number of false positives significantly, but could also increase number of correct detections. |

Hello everyone
I am playing with Birdnet Go for the last 3 days (Raspberry Pi 3 + DIY mic).
I live in a city, so never really quiet, and not so many birds, but still 26 detections today between 4 and 8am.
I know I can improve my mic (USB extension cord, shielding on the cable)
But the issue I have is that I can hear birds outside, but Birdnet Go doesn't always show detections.
How can I test if it comes from the mic, from Birdnet Go not trying to analyse the data, or from anything else ?
Thanks a lot
