The next release of L2E OS is still being developed offline. Couldn't make an early release as planned.

Current tasks:

• Universal User space
• NetBSD kernel - Goal is to have switchable kernel with universal userspace - translates support to a super set of Linux & NetBSD kernel supported machines provided they have a compatible graphics card
• 3D world with Godot, 3D desktop, hud and characters - should feel like the future
• Voice & TTS - Speak to AI (whisper)
• Better LLM model, starting with TinyLamma 1.3B
• Support for llama.cpp as main and keeping llama2.c as experimental.
• Everything has to build from scratch from a single make invocation.

So the previous release was just a pro type, that was the easiest part. Now we have to finish the hard part of making a production ready minimum viable version with all the above features. This is going to take some time. I'll make a few RC releases once I have built up something cool enough.
