Add Licensing to allow for merges back to Impacket

I have been working recently on trying to recreate some of the changes made in this tool so that they can be merged back into Impacket for better functionality. I have also extended functionality for more control over Kerberos options across all the examples that use it. There is currently a pull request open on Impacket to merge these changes. However, there is an issue with merging since this tool does not contain any licensing information, which is currently blocking these changes from getting merged. Is there any chance you would be able to add a license to this tool that would allow for these changes to be merged into Impacket? I mostly rewrote the code in my changes, but there are a couple lines here and there that are taken directly from the changes made in Orpheus. You are credited in the description of the GenerateKerberosOptions.py tool that I added.

Please let me know if there is anything I can do to make this happen.
