Jwave is not compatible with cuda 12.8 #241

First of all, I wanted to say that this repository is really great, and it has allowed me to simulate many things. The current issue is that I've changed my GPU, which is only compatible with CUDA 12.8 and above. Because of this, the necessary version of JAX doesn't work with the current version of jwave. I was wondering if it would be possible for you to update the repository so that jwave can continue to be used with more modern graphics cards. Best regards.
