How do you deploy a theme without losing the changes made in the theme customiser? I would like to be able to copy over the changes I make in the temporary editor when using "npm run start"

In addition to remote themes in your store, npm run shopify:pull returns your dev theme as an option. You can pull in your json changes there and commit to your repo
