Release resources to show scriptures resources using a topic instead of Resources abbreviation

Currently, GA shows glt and gst as scripture resource in the release process. If a GL as other abbreviation for their scripture resources, they are unable to make a release.

Solution : To show all aligned bibles, instead of looking at the name, it would look at the name of the repo based on the topic like glt/gst and for help resources as tn/tw/twl etc.
