nullity annotations

preferably with https://jspecify.dev I'd like to see NonNull/Nullable annotations added, along with appropriate Nullmarked annotations on packages.

note: I use Try the most, I might be willing to do that particular class.

Hey @xenoterracide did you begin to do it? I also agree would be a great addition.

I did not. Due to previous issues I no longer write PRs for open source projects without prior approval and now I'm going to be requiring certain guarantees about authoriship retention due to "code theft" (maintainers pulling the code, making small changes and then completely rewriting the author).
