Difficulty installing and configuring the system

Many people are interested in collaborating with the project but are discouraged by not being able to install and configure the initial setup.

I would like to open this discussion to think about possible solutions to this problem.

I've just done it:

But it took some navigation through wiki/contributing page.
Also, I had no success with the docker-compose approach but I've not insisted too much on that one.

Most of the errors I've encoutered throughout the installation were mismatching versions.
