[1.21.1] Villager trades tab missing with Vanilla Backport

loader: NeoForge 21.1.175 (tested with 21.1.177 as well)

mods installed:

jei-1.21.1-neoforge-19.21.2.313
JustEnoughResources-NeoForge-1.21.1-1.6.0.17
platform-neoforge-1.21.1-1.2.9.jar (needed for vanilla backport)
vanillabackport-neoforge-1.21.1-1.1.3.jar

The trades show up with platform installed, but when you add vanilla backport the tab does not appear.

Having Vanilla Backport seems to just pretty much entirely break JER, noticed it in FTB Evolution (pack update 1.21.0 added vanilla backport which made JER stop working, disabling that mod made it work again). Tested in a new clean 1.21.1 Neoforge install with only JEI + JER, adding Vanilla Backport breaks it). These are the logs from that simple test instance, clearly indicating something about Vanilla Backport's biomes like pale garden that seems to cause issues.

My output from it has the same issue as the one earlier in this thread:

This is with jei-1.21.1-neoforge-19.22.0.315.jar + JustEnoughResources-NeoForge-1.21.1-1.6.0.17.jar + platform-neoforge-1.21.1-1.2.10.2.jar (VB dependency) + vanillabackport-neoforge-1.21.1-1.1.4.3.jar

@Eblyss can you double check if it also breaks other parts of JER like ore distribution for you, and if so update this issue's title? I feel like it breaking the entire mod makes the issue more severe than one sub part of it like just the village trades or mob drops.

Until this gets addressed, for anyone coming across this, over at FTB Evolution we got this fixed by adding Monkey Patches (https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/monkeypatches) to the pack, which contains mixins that override the problematic biomehelper functions and with that JER works entirely again with VB present!
