JER causes Immersive Engineering Villager Trades to become invalid.

How to reproduce:
Add Just Enough Resources to a modpack that already has

  • Immersive Engineering
  • Just Enough Items

This is not just an issue of the trades being displayed incorrectly, the actual trades become invalid (filled with minecraft:air).
This applies only to newly generated trades (already existing villagers are not effected)
