How to add ANI value in heatmap pictures？

These days I use pyani(version 0.2.12) to calculate the ANI value among 15 complete genomes.

But the pictures generated by the pyani can not show the values in heatmaps. I can find these values only in another txt files, But the order of these genomes in randomly , the order of the genomes is totally different from the order of the heatmap.

Is there any bugs or another reasons?
