Clicking above 1000 cps causes stutter

If I use a 1000 cps frequency, the autoclicker works fine.
If I go any higher, the mouse sometimes freezes for a moment, and the true cps result drops.
On cpstest.org, 2000 cps gives a true 112 cps. Meanwhile, 1000 gives 603 cps.
I have a pretty beefed up PC with a 7600X and 6000MHz RAM, and it used to not happen.

What gives?

Above 1000 cps, The-Fastest-Mouse-Clicker-for-Windows utilizes Win32 API SendInput() with an ARRAY of mouse events to achieve actual cps, because Win32 API Sleep() has resolution of 1ms only thus giving only 1000 cps max at all. Site cpstest.org uses very slow JavaScript in the browser to count your cps, and of course the 1ms Sleep() limit applies here too. In a few words, The-Fastest-Mouse-Clicker-for-Windows works correctly, but to measure its cps accurately is not a trivial task.
