Pressing F9 Takes you out of fullscreen/windowed fullscreen applications.

As title says, pressing F9 will open the batch folder and bring it to the front, taking me out of whatever program I was running in fullscreen and windowed fullscreen, and is VERY annoying. Also, the settings keep resetting back to default every time I restart my computer, also very annoying to have to keep redoing those every time I want to use the application.

Indeed, this is not a bug, but a feature. I agree it is non-convenient and one can change this static F9 hot key to something else in a future version like other dynamic hot keys behave.
