Outdated examples in MI helm chart repo

Description

With ICP release, we have updated the helm chart configuration to connect with ICP as follows,

 icp:
    # -- ICP URL
    url: "https://cloud-icp:9743/dashboard/api/"

However, the example [1] in the helm-mi repo contains the old config. Since we updated the official documentation[2] with these latest configurations, we can remove these outdated configs from the helm repo and point to the official documentation
