The XDK should allow fork clones

This issue comes from a discussion with @gdaniel: as of now, the XDK clones the official repository thus not allowing the developer to push their code and oper a PR to the official repos.

@gdaniel proposed this quick fix for now: run the init script to clone all the repositories, then delete the ones that corresponds to those you want to contribute to, fork them and clone your own fork to replace them. It will work, as long as the repositories have the same name.
