Poltting pressure coefficient on suface of cyinder

Hi,
I'm trying to calculate the pressure coefficient and other surface quantities like the Nusselt number on a cylinder. Although the overall flow field looks correct, the results on the cylinder surface are highly fluctuating.

Any suggestions on how to accurately calculate of pressure or heat transfer on the surface? Thank You.
