Which Python version? #5

Hello. I am trying to use WeSHClass but I can't seem to find which Python version to install. I tried using Python 3.8 but I see that sklearn=0.20 requires Python 3.5-3.7. I tried Python 3.6.5 and 3.6.1 among others and still could not get the package to install successfully. Which Python version do you recommend to use with this package? Thank you.
