macOS Ventura 13.4 - WiFi is working, but BT not #2

Hi!
I installed Ventura 13.4 - and seems that most of the things are working
except:
- BT is not working. I can switch BT on, but it never finds any device
- Camera is not working
Did you upgrade to 13.4 or are you still on 13.3?
- Micro - known issue
