Keyboard shortcut for "New tab below"

I regularly use the "New tab below" feature when I have many tabs open because scrolling up and down between my previous active tab and the new tab is rather unintuitive.

However, the context menu's positioning is awkward sometimes so I think it would be better to have a new shortcut for it.

Really want this. Having new tabs go all the way to the top when I have a million tabs open is really annoying.
Imo new tabs should just go next to the current tab by default (above or below, I don't even care), but at least make it an option, like a menu option or a shortcut I can assign.
