Option to exclude Essentials and/or pinned tabs from CTRL+Number tab switching

I'd like to propose an option to exclude Essentials and/or pinned Tabs from the CTRL+Number(for Windows, CMD+Number Mac, Alt+Number Linux) Tab switching Shortcuts.

Could possibly implemented together with #6316

I regularly use alt + (tab number) to switch between tabs. I would like an options to exclude essentials apps to be excluded from the list. Mostly i use essentials apps to play songs or podcasts while working.
