Keboard Shortcut to override link opening in Glance

alt + click opens a link in glance
shift + click opens a link in a new window
it would be nice if ctrl + click opened a link as a new tab

Note that this is not a duplicate of #7992 as the author there wants a keyboard shortcut to maximize a glance tab when it's already open. In my case, I would like to be able to click the link and cause it to open as a new tab completely skipping the glance stage.

This is helpful because I set my browser so that clicking on links in pinned tabs open as glance tabs. But sometimes I want to click on a link and open it as a new full tab.
