Avoid deprecation messages and using MongoDB with a defined user

The solution for deprecated messages and specific MongoDB user:

1. You have defined the following in zconfig.json file.

"dbname":"zebraDB",
"useDbAuth":"true",
"dbUser":"user",
"dbPassword":"pass",
"authSource":"admin",

2. But you don´t have this user defined in MongoDB, so you have to execute the following command in MongoDB Compass (below in MongoSH command line)

use zebraDB
db.createUser({user: "user",pwd: "pass",roles: [ { role: "userAdmin", db: "zebraDB" }]})

3. Besides to avoid the deprecation messages, I send you a new piece of code with little changes to avoid them (\src\app_server\Models\db.js, adjuncted); I recommend to change the name of the original file to preserve it

The file adjuncted must change its extensio to js
