TypeError: null is not an object(evaluating 'item.name.toLowerCase')

I'm getting this error whenever typing anything or deleting in the searchable dropdown, can anyone tell me how to resolve this error?

same error, soon as I start using states and populate list from API call. Serach does not work when values are hard coded like in rep example its works.
