I'm new here and would like to learn about LoRA training.
My question is: How can I use the models/checkpoints (.safetensors) I've already downloaded for SD Forge in kohya_ss or integrate them to save storage space?

Yes you can use pretrained models, just put the path in the setting of the gui.
